These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of feeculate.com (the “Site”), operated by MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Feeculate”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

Feeculate provides free online calculators and articles that estimate marketplace selling fees and profit. The Site is for general informational purposes only. Please read our disclaimer.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Results are estimates based on our reading of each platform’s published fee rules on the date shown. Platforms can change fees at any time, and your actual fees may differ because of your account, location, promotions, subscriptions, rounding or other factors. Always confirm fees in your marketplace account before relying on them.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal or business purposes. You agree not to: interfere with or overload the Site; scrape it at a rate that degrades service; attempt unauthorized access; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, code and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution. Marketplace names such as eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Whatnot are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the services our calculators relate to, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Third-party links and affiliate links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including affiliate links. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or policies. See our affiliate disclosure.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEECULATE AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. BECAUSE THE SITE IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$50. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes and availability

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the updated date above. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
